Bruno Fievet is a highly experienced senior administrator with more than three decades of service within the European Commission and the European External Action Service (EEAS), specialising in financial management, contracts, and the administration of EU Delegations.

He previously held the position of Head of Section Finances and Contracts, where he is responsible for the financial verification of contracts, audits of EU external assistance, and the management of a multidisciplinary team. Over the course of his career, he has occupied several Head of Administration roles in EU Delegations across Africa, including postings in Ghana, Guinea, Kenya, Nigeria, Mali, Niger, and Somalia, overseeing core operational functions such as procurement, budget execution, human resources management, security coordination, and logistics.

His professional experience also includes headquarters-based roles in Brussels, notably as an HR Officer managing local staff in EU Delegations worldwide and as Head of Sector for Field Security and Logistics, with responsibility for central procurement and operational support. In addition to his management responsibilities, he has contributed to EU democracy support efforts by serving as an observer during presidential elections in Ghana, Kenya, and Nigeria.
