Alessio Beltrami is the Excecutive Assistant to the Excecutive Director of ECES. He holds a BA in Relations International at the University of Florence - School of Political Science “Cesare Alfieri”.

He has seven years of prior experience in management of business and in this context,  he is supporting in the operational follow-up of projects backing up the finance and administration section and the quality management cell.

He holds a BA in International Relations from the Faculty of Political Science of the University of Florence - “Cesare Alfieri” while he also followed his ERASMUS programme at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, in the Faculty of Political Science.

He has also attended and obtained the Advanced Diploma in Effective Electoral Assistance at Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI)  in Milan 2012 and the Course Certificate for Leadership and Conflict Management Skills for Electoral Stakeholders (LEAD) training at the Barcelona International Peace Centre in 2013.

In addition, he has attended and obtained the Course Certificates on Election Observation from the OSCE/ODHIR, on the “Practical guide on contract procedures for European Union external actions (PRAG)” from the DEVCO Academy and on “Sustainability of Electoral Administration Practices” from the “Joint EC UNDP Task Force on Electoral Assistance”.

He is also presently finalizing his Master on Electoral Policy and Administration (MEPA) delivered by the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies of Pisa (MEPA) with which ECES collaborates together with International IDEA and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research.

His mother tongue is Italian and he is fluent in Spanish, English and French while he has some knowledge of Catalan.
