
Carlotta Papini is a Junior Project and Communication Officer with an academic background in Political Sciences and Population and Development Studies from the Université libre de Bruxelles, complemented by an Erasmus overseas exchange at the University of Ottawa. She has gained experience in public administration and international cooperation through an internships at Brussels International - Cooperation and Development Unit and at the Maison de l’Europe Bordeaux-Aquitaine, where she also served as a European Solidarity Corps volunteer and Eco Ambassador promoting EU environmental values.
Building on her previous experience in communication roles within associations and her background in cooperation and development, including work related to African countries, Carlotta joined ECES to further contribute her skills in support of international cooperation and democratic governance.
