Vladkka Geers is a junior project and communication officer at ECES.
Vladkka holds an academic background in International Relations from IE University in Madrid, along with a 6-month exchange program in Bogotá at Los Andes University.
Her previous work experience includes the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (protocol department) and the Brussels City Council in the International Relations and Economics sector, where she co-organised a mayoral visit by European mayors to Kyiv, in direct coordination with international actors.
Vladkka also served as head of communications on a humanitarian project with the War Child Sweden NGO, in collaboration with the United Nations.
Moreover, she also coordinated electoral logistics and operations of an independent candidate during the French legislative elections in Spain, Portugal, Monaco, and Andorra.
Building on this experience, Vladkka joined ECES to further develop her expertise in international cooperation and democratic governance.
