June Rivol

June Rivol is a Junior Project and Communication Officer Intern at the European Centre for Electoral Support (ECES), where she contributes to communication, human resources, and project-related activities. She is completing a Bachelor of Business Administration at ESSEC Business School, during which she undertook a six-month inter-campus mobility programme in Singapore, followed by a one-year programme in Innovation Management at the University of California, Berkeley. Before joining ECES, June gained professional experience in marketing and innovation, developing valuable skills in communications and project management. She has long been passionate about social impact; an interest reflected in her first work-shadowing internship at the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in the Comoros. However, it was while writing her thesis on how to make financing for sustainable development in Mozambique and South Africa more efficient and effective that she realised she wanted to pursue a career in international development. This research inspired her transition towards international cooperation and led her to seek the opportunity at ECES. Having lived in seven countries across Africa, Europe, Asia and North America, June brings a strong international perspective to her work. She speaks French, English, Portuguese and Spanish.
