Aguibou joined the team of PACTE-Guinea II in January 2016 in the role of Finance and Administrative assistant.
Endowed with a previous experience in the bank sector, Aguibou worked for ORABANK as assistant of the credit manager and the credit analyst. During this time, Aguibou became familiar with individual and business credit files, monitoring and control of guarantees, making up of bank documents such as bank guarantees, certificates, and letters of commitment.
In the role of assistant at ORABANK, from May to December 2015, Aguibou was in charge of managing and archiving credit files.
From October 2013-May 2015, Aguibou worked for an oil company as accounting assistant in charge of oil procurement and sales.
Aguibou has a bachelor degree in Economics and Management (Accounting) from General Lansana Conte university of Sonfonia, Guinea-Conakry.
