ECES Finance Officer Intern,  will be in charge of assisting the Administration and Finance Officer for the different projects. The duties of Finance Officer include: provide support in preparation of budget and budget forecast, assist in audit requierements and preparation, Assist in Maintaining financial files and records,Assist in establishment and maintenance of cash controls including deposits and payments, assist in the process of ordering and collecting office consumables and stationery, supplies, in Processing supplier invoices...

Applicants must be Brussels based, and should have all valid required legal documents (residence permit, work permit..) for the entire duration of the internship.

ECES Project Officer Intern,  will be in charge of assisting the Project and Communication Officer for the different projects. The duties of Project Officer include: provide support for liaison, coordination, and repreentation of ECES, support in identifying funding oppportunities, contribute effectively to project management, Assist in establishment and maintenance of cash controls including deposits and payments, assist in the process of ordering and collecting office consumables and stationery, supplies, assist the communication tasks through the updating of visibility tools....
