Stéphan first joined the INCIPALS team as an intern for 6 months in 2013. In particular, he was in charge of the maintenance of the computer system and helped to create a data synchronization system.
In 2014, he joined the project team again to support the graphic tasks in order to develop INCIPALS visibility.
As a young computer engineer, Stéphan specialized in the maintenance of computer systems and in programming at the Institut Supérieur Polytechnique of Madagascar. As an exemple, in 2011, he created and implemented an application aiming at supervising the connectivity of the national airline, Air Madagascar.
