Sadou holds a Bachelor of the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM) in Ouagadougou. He completed his studies with a specialized international cycle for Public Administration from the National School of Administration (ENA) in Paris, as well as training in resource management in Africa at the University of Washington (USA). Sadou has also a strong experience in electoral matters and civil administration.

 

Sadou was during 5 years the Secretary General of the Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI) of Burkina Faso. He was the permanent head of the institution, and as such had to organize, coordinate, and control all activities within the framework of the elections: constitution of the electoral roll, treatment and distribution of voter cards, location of office voting, evaluation and deployment of election materials and documents, reviewing candidate application files etc. Under his leadership 5 elections were held. On request of the CENI Chairman, he was also led to conduct electoral assistance and assessment mission or observation missions on behalf of regional (ECOWAS) or international organizations (African Union, International Organization of the Francophonie) in Nigeria, Niger, Togo, Rwanda.

 

More recently Sadou was Secretary General of the Ministry of Territorial Administration, Decentralization and Security (MATDS) where he was responsible for the management, administrative and technical coordination of the Ministry. He also held the position of project manager in the same department.
