Nuria Sancho is a consultant on democracy promotion and electoral affairs. She has worked on assignments related to electoral affairs, governance and human rights with the EU, the OSCE and The Carter Center, mainly in African and Middle East countries. Between 2011 and 2014 she worked as political analyst in Egypt and Tunisia for American organizations. Prior to this, she worked as humanitarian affairs officer in Central America, Lebanon and West Bank for Spanish NGOs. She is graduated in Political Science, holds a MA in International Relations and European Integration and is a PhD Candidate in Law at the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona. Currently she leads the ECES project of electoral assistance in the Comoros in the island of Moheli.
