Noro Harintsoa Raoeliharison is first and foremost a conflict-sensitive journalist. From 2013 to 2014, she was one of the presenters of the popular radio program « Tokotany Iraisana » produced by SFCG and financed by the EU.
Since 1999, she’s a coach journalist in an NGO and is responsible for training Malagasy radio journalists and program producers, as she realized that these actors can be a source of the Malagasy development.
For a decade, she specialized in training for adults and in sharing of experience. As she has observed the rise of the new electronic and communication technologies in Madagascar, Nora managed to integrate them to her learning methods.
