Kader has many years of activity within the civil society in Guinea and Comoros. He is also a consultant in Information Systems with a specialization in the field of public health. In particular, he was a consultant in 2011 to the European Union for the development of a strategy for development of the Comorian press by better use of social networks.

 

From 2013 to 2014, he worked on a pilot implementation of the regional system health information on Grande Comore, and, along with Rotaract, developed advocacy for the education sector in Guinea in 2006. He also participated in 2007 in the development of activities to enhance the Comorian woman with JCI. In 2010 he created the who's who of the Comoros, biographical guide with the objective to publicize the Comoran leaders from the fields,  as diverse as, politics, civil society, media, culture, notability, diaspora etc. He chaired the Comoros Federation Chess game from 2011 to 2014,  and helped in developing outreach to students of three islands of the Comoros, along with the Ministry of Education.

 

Kader has a degree in Physics and is currently preparing a Master in Public Health.
