Huges joined Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) in 2008. He began his professional career as programme coordinator, and little by little he started covering multiple roles within CCL.

 

In 2011, he became accredited trainer in Leadership Essentials. At the end of 2013, and within the context of the United Nations project Pro-Palop and under the aegis of the European Commission, he was one of the facilitators in charge of  training  women parliamentarians coming from five different lusophone African countries.

 

In 2014, he attended a number of training to the benefit of the Angolan Ministry of Economy and its affiliated organizations such as: Instituto para o Sector Empresarial Público (ISEP) and Escola Nacional de Administração (ENAD).
