Dina is an Administrative Assistant for ECES’s PACTE project in Madagascar. Dina is a geographer who previously worked as a technical assistant at the MSIS (Multi-Service Information Service Association). She was the resource person in various development projects from conception, implementation and monitoring and evaluation. As a concrete example, she was the coach attendant of CSOs in the production of project business plans of CSOs in the Analamanga Region for the Governance and Transparency Project. She also participated in the GIS Geographic Information Systems, spatial analysis and database projects management MSIS. She also made the working plans for the MSIS projects, developing annual and quarterly work plans.
Dina has attended several capacity building programmes, most notably at the UNICEF project working against child labor. She was assistant manager of social mobilization in the evaluation of municipal governance project using Barometer in governance in Madagascar, South Africa, and Sudan.
