André is a logistics engineer and an electoral consultant.

 


He has extensive professional experience in the field of electoral assistance. He is particularly experienced in supporting development strategies and managing of the logistical planning of electoral activities, especially with the Independent Electoral National Commissions (IEC / INEC).

 


André began his professional career in the field of Customs Transit in Ivory Coast in 1997 before joining  the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Abidjan in 2003 as Logistics Assistant. 

André has a solid field experience. In this regards, he participated in several electoral missions especially in post-conflict countries such as Democratic Republic of Congo with MONUC/ MONUSCO (2006-2012), in Mali and in Afghanistan with UNDP (2013 - June 2015).

Since the 15th of July 2015, André is part of the team project PACTE-BF.

 

 

André has more than seventeen (17) years of experience in the field of logistics and nine (9) years of experience in the field of electoral assistance. 

 

 

André holds a degree in Commercial Engineering / International Technical Business and Logistics from the Higher Institute of Trade and Management, ECHOREST Group in Abidjan. André has a Commercial Inspector certificate as well as a degree in Customs Transit and Maritime trade.
