Ando joined ECES team in 2015 as Project Officer for the project INCIPAL.
She has a background in engineering but she also worked in different other field such as oil sector and training for young people and adults. Ando attended and successfully accomplished the first edition of the Youth Leadership Training Program (YLTP) in 2005 and lately, she joined the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung to strengthen and consolidate the YLTP team. During this time, Ando was actively involved in the fighting violence and armed conflicts within the German presidential programme « Partnerschaft-mit-Afrika ». Ando currently pursue her commitment to fight violence with the organization Liberty 32, notably through the WYLD - Women and Youth’s League for Democracy.
Ando is also involved in promoting deaf people right within the project « Tanako miteny » whose objective is to promote the access to information, secondary education and work opportunities for deaf people.
Ando worked as Electoral Observer during the presidential election of 2013 in Madagascar.
