ECES is looking an Expert to conduct an external evaluation mission for its project PACTE Comoros.
The objective of this evaluation is to analyse the performance and results of the PACTE Comoros project, taking into account its goals and its activities' relevance within the context of its implementation. In evaluating the project's effectiveness and efficiency, the assessment will also aim to identify the key lessons learnt and to outline recommendations for a possible continuation of the project, thus ensuring the sustainability of actions.
The assessment will used to verify whether the project's different components were executed in accordance with the stipulated conditions and to evaluate whether the expected results were achieved.
