Jose Manuel Pinto-Teixeira underlined how Vladimir Putin's regime has been "undermining the stability of Ukraine" since 2004. He gave an analysis of the latest events of the war in Ukraine. He underlined the need for a united European Union in order to face the crises that are steaming from this war.
