To this end, ECES is conducting a series of internal trainings on various aspects of electoral support and sustainable democratic development projects.
It started with a 3-day training on Project Proposal Writing, which covered all aspects of the project development cycle, from the basic principles of proposal writing, the variety of grants, contracts and negociation types.
Senior Management from ECES offered insights into the EU's instruments for External Actions, the process of proposal writing, budgetary apects, among others.
"We are using this difficulty period to gather and share experiences from our projects all over the world to finetune the outputs and impact of our ongoing capacity development programmes," stated ECES co-founder and Executive Director Fabio Bargiacchi, stressing the importance of technology in this process.
This is an exercise that allowed exchanges between peers which will translate to meaningful actions in favour of ECES' beneficiairies.
