We are always happy to welcome the work of external auditors and evaluations in order to further learn and fine-tune the way we are managing projects and their finances following the rules of the EU and EU member states which are our only donors. In this context, we are glad to have received the positive feedback from the Court of Auditors of the European Union on the way we have carried out the financial management of our projects in Nigeria and South Africa.

We thank the Delegation of the European Union to Nigeria and Delegation of the European Union to South Africa for their trust and support during the implementation of our projects.

The audits of the EU Court of Auditors and their positive feedback confirm the commitment of ECES and our accurate financial management work.

Since our foundation in 2010, we have established a system complying with EU and international standards. Furthermore, we obtained, and renew every year our TRACE and ISO 9001 certifications for the quality and financial management of our projects.

We are also part of the EU transparency register, an initiative designed to make EU decision-making more open while our annual accounts are regularly published on the website of the National Bank of Belgium and every single contract, we sign with the related amounts is listed on our own web site.

We will continue to work in this direction to contribute and promote transparency of our work in the implementation of EU and EU Member states funded projects.
