ECES Internal Audit & SOP Review
On 7th- 8th June 2021, the ECES Headquarters Team in Brussels and the experts deployed in the field reunited in a Zoom meeting to proceed with an for the Quality Management System, based on the ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
This two-day consultation had the objective to gather together ECES’ project coordinators, deputy project coordinators, senior experts and senior project officers, as well as the external Senior Manager Consultant, Eric Theunis, in order to collect and process the information needed to update ECES’ copyrighted Standard Operating Procedures for HQ and field actions.
At ECES, Internal Audits exercises have become a standard practice that is also used to design and implement improvement actions to be recorded in our Standard Operating Procedures and re-assessed every year by external ISO 9001 auditors
