From July 29 to 30, 2025, an intensive training course on developing a communication plan will be held in N'Djamena, specifically for the Constitutional Council and the Supreme Court (CC and SC).
This initiative, organized as part of the Parliamentary and Electoral Process Support Project (PAPPE), is funded by the European Union and implemented by the European Center for Electoral Support (ECES). It is part of a broader effort to strengthen democratic governance in Chad by supporting national institutions and civil society organizations committed to guaranteeing fundamental freedoms and contributing to the sustainable consolidation of democracy.
This training aims to equip the communications departments of these two fundamental institutions with the skills necessary to develop an effective communication plan in order to promote a more transparent, accessible, and citizen-centered justice system. Such a plan is essential to improve their connection with stakeholders, raise awareness of their mandates and roles, and establish strong links with key actors.
30 participants will benefit from this essential training, including 11 women, representing a significant participation of 36.6%. This strong female presence underscores the PAPPE project's commitment to promoting inclusive governance and integrating gender mainstreaming at every stage of its actions.
