On 16 October 2025, the National Assembly and the Senate strengthened the capacities of their communication teams through practical training on the development of an institutional communication plan.

This activity, organised as part of the Parliament and Electoral Process Support Project (PAPPE), funded by the European Union and implemented by the European Centre for Electoral Support (ECES), aims to provide the Chadian Parliament with modern tools to better inform, dialogue and interact with citizens.

The programme includes:

  • Diagnosis of current practices
  • Development of a clear and inclusive communication strategy
  • Strengthening of digital, institutional and crisis communication skills

This initiative reflects a shared commitment to promoting transparency, accountability and citizen participation at the heart of democratic governance.
