On 7 December 2021, the closing ceremony of the Support Project for the Development and Consolidation of Democracy and the Rule of Law in Madagascar (PADEM) was held in Antananarivo. Various stakeholders in the electoral process attended, and it was an opportunity to present, among other things, a publication containing recommendations from a workshop on youth participation in political and public life.  According to these recommendations, youth participation can be improved by valuing their voice and interest in the electoral process, by investing in civic education and the economic environment for young people, and by advocating for the collaboration of all actors.
