Last week, ECES concluded a long running series of training on electoral operations to representatives of the Parliament of the Wallonie-Bruxelles Fédération.
The training was developed and delivered by Electoral Expert Mr Gorka Gamarra, throughout 2019 and 2020.
The sessions tackled issues related to electoral operations such as the international electoral legal framework, the electoral management bodies, the elections campaign, the media, security and electoral violence, as well as the electoral rights of vulnerable groups.
This activity is part of ECES' mission to strengthen national and regional institutions in their knowledge of the electoral framework.
