On August 15, 2025, a workshop will be held in N'Djamena to validate the Multi-Year Strategic Plan of the Civil Society Organizations (CSO) Consultation Framework.
Organized within the framework of the Parliamentary and Electoral Process Support Project (PAPPE), funded by the European Union and implemented by the European Center for Electoral Support (ECES), this workshop is part of a dynamic aimed at consolidating institutional capacities and increase the effectiveness of citizen advocacy.
The main objective of the workshop is to review, amend and validate the Strategic Plan developed in July 2025 by the members of the platform, with the support of a national expert. This medium- and long-term planning document will serve as a common roadmap for the three member organizations:
- ACET (Citizens' Alliance for Elections in Chad)
- OAPET (Observatory of Associations on the Electoral Process in Chad)
- LTDH (Chadian League for Human Rights)
Committed actors:
15 participants, including 6 women (40% of the total), from the three partner platforms and the PAPPE team took part in this meeting. Their mobilization illustrates the collective will to strengthen democratic governance , encourage citizen participation, and promote gender equality.
