The Master is designed to comply with the European standards of the Bologna process, allowing students to easily obtain equivalencies, and ensuring that the degree is recognized internationally. A particular strength of this professional Master is that it can be followed in one or two years in accordance with the student’s own schedules and professional activities. The Master applies two complementary methods of conducting the courses, namely face-to-face trainings and eLearning modules.

The integrated methodology in project management known as “ADDIE” has been the tool of reference for the development of the eLearning component of the Master. It entails five key pedagogical concepts namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation.

The ADDIE model is well known for being the best-suited methodology for the design of pedagogical training programmes. The five key concepts represent principles that are regarded as highly flexible and dynamic in the field of adult learning and moreover, that are considered as the most suitable for the development of effective and adaptable training programs.

The Master can be completed in 12 or 24 months, according to the availability of the student to complete the modules and met other necessary requirements for obtaining the Master. Candidates can also choose between two sessions of registration and of beginning of the training: a first session in September and a second in February of each year. Following the acceptation of the student’s candidacy, she/he will receive the academic material and all necessary elements for registering on the eLearning platform. The period of teaching and dissertation writing will be evenly spread during the course of the year. Depending on the length of the Master, the disposition will follow the below.
