From 21 to 24 October 2025, N’Djamena hosts a hands-on leadership and conflict management training for members of the CCOSC (Civil Society Organisations Consultation Framework).
The goal: strengthen civil society leaders’ capacity to foster inclusive governance and ensure peaceful, transparent elections.
Over four days, participants will explore leadership fundamentals, conflict prevention, non-violent communication, and mediation.
28 participants — including 10 women (37%) — reflect a strong commitment to inclusion and women’s representation in democratic processes.
ECES, under the PAPPE project funded by the European Union, implements the LEAD programme — to equip local actors with practical tools promoting dialogue, tolerance, and civic responsibility.
