The Master applies two complementary methods of conducting the courses, namely face-to-face trainings and eLearning modules.

The ADDIE model is well known for being the best-suited methodology for the design of pedagogical training programmes. The five key concepts represent principles that are regarded as highly flexible and dynamic in the field of adult learning and moreover, that are considered as the most suitable for the development of effective and adaptable training programs.
