- Will encourage the participation of civil societý in the transition, promoting a dialogue between it and the transition authorities.
- Strengthen the capacities of Guinean political parties with a view to the planned electoral polls, with particular attention to the prevention of electoral violence, the definition of political programmes and the preparation of electoral campaigns, as well as strengthening the participation of women and young people as candidates.
- Organise nationwide information and awareness-raising campaigns for citizens on the stages of the transition, for a peaceful return to constitutional order and for an inclusive, violence-free electoral process.
