The work on the Master in Electoral Cycle Management, developed by the EFEAC (Central African School for Electoral Administration) and ECES, has taken a new turn. On Wednesday 12th March of 2014, five ECES experts arrived in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo, to develop the first modules of the Master.
This Master's Degree will offer a high quality-training programme in order to improve technical and professional skills of electoral stakeholders. This innovative course, fully available in e-learning format, is designed in collaboration with the Spanish company Scytl, specialized in electoral information technology. The team of expert stayed in Kinshasa until mid-April to work on the 5 core courses of the Master.
This team is composed of five renowned electoral experts with an extensive experience in the field of elections all over the world: Adolfo Cayuso (Spain), Anne Grandvoinnet Serafini (France), Alexandra Leïla Hovelacque (France-Tunisia), Franck Balme (France) and Leandro Nagore (Spain). They will work in mixed team with their partners of EFEAC and of the Independent National Electoral Commission of DRC to favour the exchange of experience.
