On Tuesday, March 5th, the Introduction to Lead-Q training session was conducted for the Haute Autorité de la Communication (HAC) as a crucial step in the implementation of the Lead Q program. The President of the HAC Mr. Boubacar Yacine Diallo, along with department heads, participated in the training session according to the outlined agenda.
The training was organized subsequent to the feedback received from HAC following the diagnostic assessment, which demonstrated their unwavering dedication to the program. Over the coming days, The European Centre for Electoral Support ( ECES) will establish a detailed work plan tailored to HAC's needs. This plan will encompass the development of HAC's Strategic Planning guided by Quality principles as the cornerstone, paving the way for the creation of all necessary documentation to adhere to Lead Q standards
At ECES, we are deeply committed and optimistic about our ability to support HAC on their journey towards enhancement and effective management. We will closely assist HAC in assimilating essential documents and guide them in proficiently managing these resources to foster leadership through information accessibility and capacity-building for informed decision-making.
This activity was organised as part of the Support Project for the Strengthening of Democracy (PARD-Guinea), funded by the European Union and implemented in Guinea by the European Centre for Electoral Support (ECES).
