OPEN TENDER
SUPPLY OF ELECTORAL MATERIAL FOR THE ELECTIONS IN BURKINA FASO:
BALLOT BOXES, SECURITY SEALS, SECURED ENVELOPES, BOXES TO TRANSPORT FILING CARDBOARDS, FILING CARDBOARDS, LAMPS AND BATTERIES

Within the framework of the Project to Support the Credibility and the Transparency of the Electoral Process in Burkina Faso (PACTE-BF) Projet d’Appui à la Crédibilité et à la Transparence des Elections, funded by the European Union (EU), the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Republic of Austria, the Federal Republic of Germany, the French Republic and the Kingdom of Denmark, the European Centre for Electoral Support (ECES) opens a tender to award a supply contract for the supply of ballot boxes, security seals, secured envelopes, boxes to transport filing cardboards, filing cardboards, lamps and batteries in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. The award of contract will be in compliance with the PRAG Guidelines (Practical Guide to Contract Procedures for EU External Actions).
The supply of the electoral material, which constitutes a major component of the project, will be for the benefit of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of Burkina Faso.

It is also possible to receive a hard copy of the tender dossier (in French) at the ECES office in Burkina Faso, located in the building of the Shell station (opposite of the Bank of Africa), 2nd floor, at the intersection of the avenues Liberty and Army, City Year III at 01 BP 5152 Ouagadougou 01.
The deadline for the submission of tenders is 12 June 2015, at 12:30 PM, local hour of Ouagadougou – Burkina Faso.
