Emile Codjo Messanh started his career in 2000 as admin, but early in 2003 he specialised in logistics, especially in international events organising in Africa.

 

Starting from 2010, while he was still running his consultation firm in organising and real estate management, he started getting involved in European Union Election Observation Missions as logistic Assistant and thereafter Operation Expert (Togo, Burundi, Guinea, Mali and Kenya). At various occasions, he worked as International Election Observer and Liaison Officer, including with the Carter Centre and GIZ.    

 

Holding a Master Degree in Administration, a Bachelor Degree in Law, and a Master degree in Election Management (pending dissertation), he joined ECES as Communication & Logistic Assistant in the framework of the Technical assistance to the National Election Commission in Benin during the Presidential Elections of 2016.
