Pedro Teixeira has a BA in International Relations from Universidade Lusíada in Lisbon and has been involved in election observation since 2002, both with the Carter Center and European Union. Pedro participated in six missions as a Short Term Observer, five as a Long Term Observer, once as Liaison Officer, 7 missions as Operations Manager and 1 mission as Project Manager.
